Here are a few frequently asked questions we receive regarding our appliance removal service.

There are some waste streams we cannot ordinarily remove due to health and safety or compliance, but if you contact us first we can usually provide a bespoke solution. Raw food and meat such as category 3 ABP waste, licensed and unlicensed asbestos, working around needles and sharps, chemicals and solvents including most paints.
Our services are provided on a national level which means we’ll be able to solve your waste removal requirements wherever you are based. From London to Edinburgh, from cities to small villages, we’ll happily provide our convenient rubbish removal services to you.
When we are on the way you will receive an SMS and an email which will tell you the estimated arrival time, the vehicle attending and a tracking link, so you can monitor the progress in real time. Typically this will give you at least 30 minutes notice.
As long as we are not on the way to collect your rubbish at the time of your request, we are typically able to amend your order. Please ensure you give us as much warning if you are planning on amending your order.

How it works

Organising a house clearance is super easy with Evergreen Waste Company

Your collected items will be transferred to one of our approved Commercial Waste Transfer Stations and you will be sent a Waste Transfer Note.

This will record the location of your items, the vehicle used to remove them, and the total percentage that was recycled or diverted from landfill.
